Meet Julian!

When I was four, my family moved from Germany to the west of Ireland, an early experience of change that shaped how I see the world. That path eventually led me from Dublin to New York and now to South America, working across legal, educational, and cross-cultural projects.

As a lawyer qualified in New York, Ireland, and England & Wales, I’ve worked for over 15 years in international legal practice, education, and professional development. 

Drawing on both legal experience and coaching expertise, I deliver tailored sessions for individuals, law firms, and legal departments,  helping people grow with clarity, confidence, and a global mindset.

Based in Rio de Janeiro and working internationally in English, German, and Portuguese.
